MADGENERATOR.LLC implemented ’AI X Manufacturing – Semiconductor Wafer Inspection Robot‘ for AIX Section(SK Telecom & SK AX) at the ‘2025 SK AI Summit’ held at the COEX 1st floor Grand Ballroom in Seoul, Korea. This project is a next-generation smart factory performance system that combines ultra-precision semiconductor wafer inspection and screening processes with technologies such as high-speed industrial robotic arms and machine-learning based AI, newly reinterpreted from a motion design perspective for zero-defect manufacturing. Through this innovative ‘Vision content’, visitors can experience AI-driven automated wafer defect inspection and chemical screening processes as an intuitive and immersive visual experience, and vividly experience cutting-edge AI technology and the vision for future industrial manufacturing processes.
(유)매드제너레이터는 한국의 서울 코엑스 1층 그랜드볼룸에서 개최된 ‘2025 SK AI Summit’의 SK ZONE/ AIX 섹션 (SK텔레콤 & SK AX)내에서 ‘AI X Manufacturing: 반도체 웨이퍼 검사 장비 로봇 비전 콘텐츠’를 구현하였습니다. 이 프로젝트는 초정밀 반도체 웨이퍼 검사 및 스크리닝 과정을 협동형 로봇암과 머신러닝 기반 AI 기술과 결합하여, 모션 디자인의 관점에서 무결점 제조를 위한 차세대 스마트 팩토리 퍼포먼스 시스템으로 새롭게 재해석한 것입니다. 방문객들은 이 혁신적인 비전 콘텐츠를 통해 AI 기반의 자동화된 웨이퍼 결함 검사 및 화학적 스크리닝 공정을 직관적이고 몰입감 있는 시각적 경험으로 만나볼 수 있으며, 첨단 AI 기술력과 미래 산업 제조 공정에 대한 비전을 생생하게 체험할 수 있습니다.
